Taking care of Railroaders since 1884 here in Decatur, Wabash exists as a non-profit Health and Welfare Trust Association under ERISA law and the Department of Labor. Wabash continues to serve 4,500 active railroaders of the Norfolk Southern, and certain railroad retirees. Wabash has been a part of the Decatur Chamber since 1968.
