Heritage is a private, non-profit, community-based mental health and addiction service agency. Heritage offers a range of prevention and treatment services to children, adolescents, families, adults and seniors. Individuals work in close consultation with their doctor, therapist and/or case manager to determine treatment goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
