Decatur Leadership Masters Program is a ten-week program that includes intensive character- and results-based coaching, collaborative learning, and applied training to develop “bench strength” within local business, non-profit, and government entities. Leadership Masters equips leaders, at any career stage within local businesses, with the skills necessary to produce results that help their businesses thrive and grow.

    What is Leadership Masters?

Decatur Leadership Masters is not a lot of talking about leadership, or a lot of leaders talking at you. It is not based on purely academic or theoretical content about leadership, and it is not focused on the generic or amalgamated interests of every possible organization represented.

The Leadership Masters agenda is based on world-class, research-based content. The agenda is also largely the product of the individual participant, his/her organization and/or business unit: your business strategy, your plan, your goals, your actions. The program focuses on helping participants to improve their leadership competency, by building upon their unique existing strengths, goals and the results that are needed in the businesses in which they work. This is achieved by setting specific learning objectives and expected outcomes for the program, along with a primary focus on the business objectives and desired outcomes of the participants.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the value to my company for the cost of the program? Leadership Masters gives you a local, affordable, and high-payoff solution to develop people who can lead effectively now and in the future -- especially when senior leaders may be retiring within six months to five years.
