    Job Description

    Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

    The person is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and understanding of Supply Chain and cost accounting.  The person should have the ability to provide business insight through robust analytics and be able to clearly communicate, present, and influence business recommendations.   

     

    Essential to do the job:

    • Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and analysis of Supply Chain costs and Inventory
    • Advanced level in the use of Excel
    • Strong communication skills
    • Able to see the wider context but also ‘deep dive’ into detail where necessary
    • Sound judgment, strong analytical  and problem solving skills
    • Confidence & experience in building financial models and business cases
    • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Ability to lead meetings, challenge, and influence outcomes
    • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships
    • Some travel required; estimate at 10%

     

    Beneficial to be successful in the role:

     

    • Experience with ERP system (T&L uses SAP)
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Point
    • Ability to work independently, formulate POV, make decisions with little guidance
    • Experience in commercial business unit
