Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and team leaders to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Primary Accountabilities: Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform transactions, coordinate data, projects or accounts of a highly specialized, advanced, or sensitive nature. Provide general administrative assistance and support to assigned managers. Coordinate meetings, travel, expense processing and other related tasks. Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports. Handle customer relations activities as needed. Fulfills information requests and other inquiries from field personnel and customers
Education: High School diploma or Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
