    Job Description
    This key role will have direct contact with our customers and will be responsible for completing fast, accurate transactions in a friendly, professional manner. As part of our retail banking team our Customer Service Associates (CSA) understand the benefits and features of products and services in order to assist our customers in buying decisions and problem resolution. Colleagues perform individual drawer, vault and ATM audits, as well as balancing within Hickory Point Bank's guidelines.

    Hickory Point Bank is seeking just the right mix of skills and attributes: Proven sales skills, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important to our team. Strong cash handling experience is required. Previous banking experience is a plus. Knowledge of Windows-based programs is required. Candidate should be able to use a computer keyboard and possess strong telephone communication skills. Position requires sitting, filing, bending, kneeling, standing for prolonged periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be willing and able to work Saturdays as scheduled.
