    Job Description

    Prairie State Bank & Trust, a well-established, locally owned $700 million bank with 20 offices in Central Illinois, is seeking talented, hardworking individuals for our Branch Manager position in Mount Zion, IL.

    The Branch Manager has an exceptionally important role within the bank and is the leader of the retail branch. The primary responsibilities of this role is focusing on business development and providing above & beyond customer service each day while educating and training staff to ensure that this same level of service is met throughout the branch. This position will require an expert level of knowledge to the bank policies, products, procedures, and will be able to quickly coach and train efficiently and effectively.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
    • Stand 100% of the shift

    Hours of Operation:

    M-Th 7:30am-5:00pm

    Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

    Saturday 8:00am-Noon

    Candidates must be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
