    Job Description

    The Decatur Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Business Office Assistant . Under the supervision of the Director of Finance & HR, the Business Office Assistant will be responsible for high-level administrative support for both the Business office and the Child Care office. Duties include membership billing; daily deposits; check requests; collection of receivables; billing of child care tuition, monthly/year end reports and other duties assigned. We are looking for someone dedicated, hard-working and passionate about the Decatur Family YMCA. Candidates must be able to multi-task well and have strong organizational skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience:

    • office administration: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Office Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)
