    Itinerary

    Day 1 6/28/2018 Thursday Central Illinois-Chicago-Seattle
Your Chamber tour host welcomes you aboard our private motor coach, sit back and relax as we travel to the airport. We fly nonstop to Seattle and board our private coach for our stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel. Leaving the day before sailing we do not need to worry about a flight delay causing us to "miss the boat" literally. Enjoy free time this evening to see some of Seattle’s downtown.

    Day 2 6/29/2018 Friday Seattle-Embarkation
After a leisurely breakfast where you might choose to sample some of Seattle's famous coffee, we board our coach to see a bit of the Emerald City, Seattle, finding a fusion of American, Asian and Native American cultures, set against a backdrop of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. We end our tour at the cruise terminal where our host hires porters to help with the luggage. Enjoy lunch aboard the Solstice then explore our floating resort until we sail at 4:00 P.M. (B, L, D)

Day 3 6/30/2018 Saturday At Sea
Cruising in Style while relaxing at sea, Modern Luxury Lives here. Celebrity Solstice® is one of Celebrity’s most decorated ships. So it's no wonder that it's full of "firsts." The first Lawn Club at sea. The first Hot Glass Show. Our passion for outstanding cuisine takes the onboard dining experience to a whole new level. But luxurious staterooms and specialty restaurants are only part of her charm. Celebrity Solstice also features Canyon Ranch SpaClub® and fitness center. Pamper yourself with spa treatments or push yourself in a workout with one of the expert trainers. If only life on land were as good as life on board this exceptional vessel. (B, L, D)

Day 4 7/1/2018 Sunday Ketchikan, Alaska
You've never tasted salmon so fresh. Known as the 'Salmon Capital of the World', Ketchikan is also the ancestral home of the Tlingit people, who have carved the world's largest collection of totem poles. If you're up for an adventure, take a canoe and nature trail excursion through the rain forest or a wilderness exploration followed by a sumptuous crab feast you'll long remember. Docked 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (B, L, D)

Day 5 7/2/2018 Monday Tracy Arm Fjords & Glacier-Juneau, Alaska
Southeast of Juneau lies a narrow 26-mile waterway that delivers epic views of the twin Sawyer glaciers. Hear the thunderous crack as the glaciers calve and send chunks of ice plummeting into the waters of this awe-inspiring fjord. Along the way you’ll cruise past crashing waterfalls, sheer granite walls, snow-dusted peaks sure to take your breath away. Glacier cruising through 10 A.M. Docked in Juneau from 1:30 P.M-10:00 P.M. Here's your chance to take a glacial dogsled adventure in Alaska's capital, where cultured sophistication meets the ruggedness of the Last Frontier. Or take the whale watching cruise that guarantees you will see whales. You can ride a helicopter and land atop the vastness of Mendenhall Glacier. (B, L, D)

Day 6 7/3/2018 Tuesday Skagway, Alaska
The great Klondike Gold Rush lives on in Skagway's charming downtown of restored 19th-century buildings and its historic railway. From the vintage narrow-gauge train, admire the mountains and see the 1898 trail that fortune seekers traveled on foot. The White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad runs vintage locomotives past the famously steep Chilkoot Trail and offers sweeping mountain views during its climb toward Canada. Docked 7:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. (B, L, D)

Day 7 7/4/2018 Wednesday At Sea
Another restful day of delight cruising into the more protected Alaska Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions find refuge during the summer months.
    (B, L, D)

Day 8 7/5/2018 Thursday Victoria, British Columbia
The capital of British Columbia is also on its largest island. This one-time British colony has retained much of its colonial splendor and the world-famous Butchart Gardens. Victoria is a seaside enclave that enjoys a temperate climate, which is great, because you'll want to explore all the museums, parks and golf courses Victoria has to offer. Docked 5:30 P.M.-11:59 P.M. (B, L, D)

    Day 9 7/6/2018 Friday Disembarkation-Seattle-Chicago-Central Illinois
Docking at 6:00 A.M., after breakfast we say farewell to those who have graciously served us. Our group is taken by private coach to the airport where we board a flight back to Chicago. Our coach awaits to take us home to Central Illinois with awe-inspiring memories of the grandeur of Alaska. (B)
